Frequently asked
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Two calendars kept in sync, free indefinitely. If that solves your problem, that is a fine outcome and we would rather you told a friend than paid us. Booking links start at Pro.
- What counts as a calendar?
- Each individual calendar you tick — so a Google account with a work calendar and a shared team calendar is two, if you connect both. Accounts are not counted separately.
- Do you charge per sync or per event?
- No. Pro is flat, whatever you connect and however busy you are. There is no metering, no overage and no line item that grows quietly.
- What happens if I cancel or stop paying?
- Syncing pauses and your account drops to Free. Nothing already written into your calendars is removed, and nothing is deleted at our end until you ask. You can export or delete everything yourself at any point.
- Does the privacy behaviour change by plan?
- The default does not. Busy-only on Free, busy-only on Team. What paid plans add is the ability to switch extra fields on for a particular sync — titles, guests, whether a block is a meeting — which no plan ever does for you. The things we never hold at any setting are identical on every plan.
- Do you do VAT invoices?
- Yes. A VAT invoice is available from your billing page as soon as a payment is taken, and every invoice is kept there for you to download later.
