The price

What Pro is one fee for

There are cheaper calendar-sync subscriptions, and most of them are sync on its own. Pro is one flat fee for both halves of the problem, and it does not grow with use.

If sync alone is all you need and two calendars covers it, the free plan is the honest answer.

Booking links included: Not a separate scheduling subscription on top. One fee covers the sync and the link that is backed by it.
No calendar limit: Unlimited calendars, accounts and syncs.
A free plan, and a trial of the paid ones: The free plan keeps two calendars in sync both ways and is not time-limited. Pro and Team each start with a seven-day free trial.
Flat, whatever you do with it: No per-sync fee, no per-event metering, no overage. The bill in month twelve is the bill in month one.

Team is £24 a month for 5 people, which is less per person than Pro, with extra seats at £5. It is the same product with shared booking pages and one invoice on top.

Frequently asked

Is the free plan a trial?: No. The BusyWait free plan keeps two calendars in sync both ways and is not time-limited. If that solves your problem, that is a fine outcome and we would rather you told a friend than paid us. Booking links start at Pro.
Do the paid plans have a free trial?: Yes. Pro and Team each start with a seven-day free trial. The trial is one per person every 12 months.
What counts as a calendar?: Each individual calendar you connect — so a Google account with a work calendar and a shared team calendar is two, if you connect both. Accounts are not counted separately.
Do you charge per sync or per event?: No. Pro is flat, whatever you connect and however busy you are. There is no metering, no overage and no line item that grows quietly.
What happens if I cancel or stop paying?: Syncing pauses and your account drops to Free. Nothing already written into your calendars is removed, and nothing is deleted at our end until you ask. You can export or delete everything yourself at any point.
Does the privacy behaviour change by plan?: The default does not. Busy-only on Free, busy-only on Team. What paid plans add is the ability to switch extra fields on for a particular sync — titles, guests, whether a block is a meeting — which no plan ever does for you. The things we never hold at any setting are identical on every plan.
Do you issue invoices?: Yes. An invoice is available from your billing page as soon as a payment is taken, and every invoice is kept there for you to download later.
